I am a tea person

Actually I used to be a coffee (nescafe actually) person..
but since I found it effects our growth years ago..I reduced the intake gradually from that moment..it gave me headache to suddenly cut the coffee ( or shall i say caffeine hehe) intake..so i drank tea with milk instead to substitute it..

and now..I'm addicted ..tea with milk..add some ice..haha..teh ais ..yummy
my univ friends will surely know about this..How i'm sooo addicted to 'teh ais' especially from Village 4's cafe during those years in campus.

And currently..I would say i drank up to 4 mugs of hot tea with milk( nespray ..tak suka susu pekat)..teh susu.. Skang tgh kurangkan minum air sejuk2. hehe
and you know what i really don't like plain water..haha.. I really can't unless I have to..like having a cough ..flu or wateva.. but then i would add some lime or anything to make it have some flavors.. I really don't take plain water as if i'm allergic to it..hehe..(my dietitian friend mesti geleng2 kapla..hehe)
I know it is not healthy..not for your general health..digestion ..even your skin..
ok..ok..i'm working on it..trying hard to increase my plain water intake.. but i really can't leave my tea..and you know what ??..I think it does have some benefits to our health..found it on the net..

also found a quiz..how you take your tea can say about you..

black, strong with milk and 2 sugar
if something need to be done or said that takes guts, u r the person that other s will seek out to take on the terrible task. you have courage in your convictions and expect the same from others.Unfortunately, this can also make some people think that you are domineering or too assertive.what they don't know is that you still suck your thumb, have a comfort blanket and don't like thunderstorms.practise controlled breathing and soft chanting in your tea break
